Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Livvy Mae Boutique! Following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed at any time on Sundays or Saturdays after 9am CST are not shipped until the following Monday, with the exception of Monday federal holidays. In this case, the order will be mailed on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, our shipment could be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Our standard shipping times typically range from 1 to 3 days after order is processed and dropped at shipping location. We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. If there is a reason for a significant delay in your shipping, we will contact you via email regarding your order.
Shipping Rates
We have a flat rate $7 shipping fee for all orders placed within the U.S. For purchases exceeding $75, we do wave the shipping fee. If you have a special request, such as overnight delivery, or preferred shipping method, please reach out to Livvy Mae Boutique via email at livvymaeboutique@gmail.com. We will be happy to accommodate your requests within reason. You may incur additional shipping fees for rush orders.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once we process and package your order, you will be emailed an order fulfillment confirmation and tracking number. Please refer to this number for updates on your package arrival. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase, please reach out to us at livvymaeboutique@gmail.com for further information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LivvyMaeBoutique.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
LivvyMaeBoutique.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Livvy Mae Boutique ships to addresses within U.S.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to Canada outside of the US. Orders placed in Canada are subject to higher shipping fees. Please reach out to us at Livvymaeboutique@gmail.com to discuss orders shipped to Canada.
Returns
We do accept exchanges on apparel items. We do not offer refunds unless an item is out of stock due to our error and we cannot fulfill the item. To qualify for equal value exchange or store credit, merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt, unworn with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of original purchase.
We do not accept exchanges on Jewelry, Shoes, Sunglasses, Hats, or Cosmetics & Hygiene Products. All Sale Items Are Final Purchase.
To return a qualified exchange item through shipping, contact us at livvymaeboutique@gmail.com. In your email, please provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures of any issues if necessary. Please keep packaging to utilize for return shipping. Livvy Mae Boutique will provide a return shipping label at our cost for returning the item. Once the item has been received by Livvy Mae Boutique, we will ensure the item meets the aforementioned return standards. If the item qualifies, we will issue a store gift card for the original amount of purchase for the item returned. The customer may use this gift card toward a future purchase. The customer will incur shipping fees on the new order.
